Hallo,

Toch even aangemeld vanwege de grote nood voor handleiding.

Ik zag dat u handleidingen heeft voor de Farymann diesels.

Ik heb zelf al de User manual, maar hier staat niks technisch in.
Ik was op zoek naar de service manual en de workshop manual.

Ik ben zelf namelijk automonteur, en heb een probleem met deze motor.
Ik heb echter niet veel ervaring met deze inspuit techniek. (ik weet wel hoe het werkt, maar niet hoe het in elkaar zit)

Het probleem bij mij is dat deze bij een vaartocht continue in toeren blijft schommelen. Soms zelf zo erg dat hij van volle toeren naar stationair gaat of afslaat.

De tank is helemaal uit elkaar gehaald en grondig schoongemaakt.
Alle brandstofleiding zijn ook al vervangen.

Er is ook al zo'n nieuw brandstof filter van delphi(met kijkglas) tussen gezet.

Ik weet haast wel zeker dat dit een brandstof verstopping/probleem is.

De verstuiver gaat er binnenkort ook uit om getest te worden, en misschien schoongemaakt/gereviseerd te worden.

Hallo ik ben op zoek naar een nederlandstalige handleiding ( of vertaald)van een hyd. keerkoppeling uit 1968 van het merk capitol hyc ec 7700 ik ben ook opzoek welke olie in de k.k. moet; de amerikaanse versie van het handboek geeft een oliesoort aan die niet in Nederland te krijgen is; als alternatief wordt genoemd een SAE 30 of 40, :ik heb momenteel SAE 40 in de k.k.; dit is ongedoopte olie voor oude automotoren; de handleiding geeft overigens aan dat het ongedoopte olie moet zijn; ik vraag mij af of mijn huidige olie wel de kwaliteit heeft van de olie die oorspronkelijk bedoeld is, na 30 draaiuren is de olie vrij donder

Er is geen Nederlandse vertaling van de manual,ik heb denk ik wel een Engelse met en update er aan hangen maar moet even kijken waar die is.

In deze koppeling kan een ongedoopte SAE 30 olie maar een 40 mag ook hoor het hangt een beetje van het klimaat af maar het algemene advies is SEA30 en niet lager dit ivm druk problemen.

Hallo Fer bedankt voor je antwoord; ken je ook een merkolie sae 30 of 40 van goede kwaliteti ongedoopt? de voorgeschreven olie is Lubriplate APG-90 volgens mij is die ook dikker maar wat is een vertaling naar een huidige olie de koppeling is van 1968 en uiteraard ook de olie van die tijd;ik ben wel in het bezit van de amerikaanse service and parts Mannual maar niet van de update; wellicht is daar aan te komen, met vr.gr.J.Plemper Lemmer sleepboot Poolster

Je heb verschillende merken oa Duckhams olie deze word veel gebruikt bij oude auto’s (Classic motor oil; SAE30) maar Kroon of Shell hebben ook dez olie in huis. Bij Shell is het als het goed is (Rotella sae 30)

Hallo fer,

Ik heb gisteren via een PB een vraag gesteld over de Paragon HF 7B2. Ik weet niet zeker of de vraag is aangekomen. De kk blijft vooruit draaien in de vrij. Is dan wel met de voet op de flex koppeling af te remmen, maar met moeite. Achteruit werkt goed. Heb er nieuwe grade A olie in gedaan. (De boot heb ik net gekocht en ik vermoed dat het water in de motorruimte te hoog heeft gestaan en er water in e koppeling is gekomen).
De handleiding kan mij verder helpen en mogelijk heb je een idee.

Bij een Paragon keerkoppeling mag de schroefas ligt mee draaien als dit erger word duit dit meestal op versleten vooruit koppelingsplaten. (achteruit is een ander systeem)

Wat je even kunt na kijken is of het stationeertoerental van de motor wel goed staat, als dit te laag staat kan je ook een sneller draaiende schroefas hebben in neutraal (klinkt niet logies maar neem maar van me aan)

Daarnaast kan je even kijken wat er gebeurt als je de bedieningskabel los neem, het zo kunnen dat deze niet goed is afgesteld. (Maar dit geld voor al voor mechanische koppelingen)

De olie die in deze koppeling gaat is een rode ATF Type A

Wat betreft het water in de koppeling dit kan ook door een lekke olie koeler komen als deze is gemonteerd.

Zorg er voor dat je er absoluut zeker van ben dat het water er uit is en dat de olie de juiste is, vaak is het zo al je water in je koppeling heb gehad dat je meerdermalen moet spoelen om weer een goed smerende en werkende koppeling te krijgen

fer, ik lees dit bericht en moet weer denken aan iets wat ik heb meegemaakt. ik had een mercedes motor, de eerste met bovenliggende nokkenas, ge mariniseerd door ome drinkwaard. tweede hands gekocht dus zonder niks.
in griekenland gaat het hart uit de demperplaat. in athene een nieuwe demper plaat op maat laten maken, dus kleiner, en paste op het vliegwiel van de om, netjes gekeken naar wat motor en wat keerkoppeling zijde is.

bij proberen bleek ook de vooruit stevig mee te draaien, achteruit had de motor er moeite mee. maar ja, t is een zeilboot.

toen ik tussendoor in nederland kwam belde ik met ome drinkwaard en legde het probleem voor. zonder te twijvelen kreeg ik de oplossing van het probleem, demperplaat omdraaien. ik bleek naar alle waarscijnlijkheid een MARK 3 motor te hebben en ze hadden bij drinkwaard het alu koppeling huis niet veranderd, het vliegwiel was iets dikker, maar opgelost met omdraaien van de demperplaat.
anders kwam er teveel druk op de splain as van de koppeling.

gevolg, ik had de koppeling al zover om zeep geholpen dat de platen bij achteruit draaien waren versleten, kassa.

Ik zal eerst proberen de olie nog een keer te verversen. Laag toerental kan ook een rol spelen (daardoor lagere oliedruk in de kk ??)
Kabel heb ik al los gehad. Daar ligt het niet aan. Mogelijk kleven de platen nog. De olie die ik er uit haalde was melkachtig (dus water), de boot heeft jaren stilgelegen,. maar de motor is een Drinkwaard revisie en ongeveer 8 jaar geleden ingebouwd.

Als je de koppelingsplaat al duur vind dan wil je niet weten wat ik reken voor een remband

Wat betreft het mee draaien van de schroefas dit komt omdat de koppelingsplaten zeerdicht op elkaar zitten en daar tussen olie zit dit gaat kleven en zal de schroefas me nemen niets bijzonder maar als de schroefas steeds sneller gaat draaien en de schroefas niet meer te stopen is duid dit op slijtage van de koppelingsplaten of krommen platen of de verkeerde olie dan al vervuild.

Een te laag toerental zorgen voor een te lagen druk maar ook vooral dat de platen makelijker kunnen kleven aan elkaar

met o.a. de "Yanmar Type SVE8 en SVE12 Operation Manual" en de
"Yanmar Type SVE8 Service Manual" waar ik naar op zoek ben, ik zou het dan ook zeer waarderen als je ze mij zou willen toezenden per e-mail.

Zou je mij het handboek voor Yanmar 4JH2 willen mailen. Ik lig in Bretagne met een gebroken klepstang en moet de kop eraf zien te krijgen.
Misschien heb je een idee wat de oorzaak kan zijn geweest. Plotseling een toename in toerental, daarna een geluid alsof er een riem was gebroken en blijven hangen. Motor loopt nog wel maar geeft ploffen door de defecte klep.

Lucht in de brandstoftoevoer is meest al het gevolg van een wartel die niet meer goed afdicht maar het fijnfilter dat uit een lamellenschijven bestaat kan ook gaan lekken op het punt waar de handbediening zit(draaiknop)






Ik ben overigens er benieuwd naar je motor en misschien kan je wat foto’s plaatsen in een topic dat ik heb aangemaakt met de naam “Mijn motor is het geen plaatje"
